As a Field Engineer at Lemcon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge telecom infrastructure. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for site management, technical support, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct technical assessments, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all field operations.
• Document and report site activities, progress, and technical findings accurately.
• Participate in continuous learning and training programs to stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and equipment.
• Proven experience in field operations, site management, or related roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English.
