Unmatched Control and Quality
One of the key strengths of Lemcon Philippines is its ability to maintain complete control over its site work. Lemcon has its own workforce of more than 300 highly skilled employees. This allows Lemcon to exercise better control over pullout and restoration activities, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Specialization in IBS and DAS Systems
Once the migration schedule is received, Lemcon retrieves the migration instructions from the Migration Book. These instructions outline the necessary steps and requirements for successful migration. A comprehensive plan is then prepared, encompassing the physical requirements at each site. To facilitate this process, data reports per element are generated, detailing both the old and new configurations. These reports are automatically produced from the Migration Book, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Extensive Experience in Equipment Pullout
In 2012, Lemcon successfully executed the pullout of surplus equipment in Project Nemesis, completing the cleanup of over 9,000 sites in a only a few months. Since then, Lemcon has been actively involved in removing various types of equipment, including shelters, rectifiers, Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), microwave equipment, cables, and antennas from telecom sites across the country. This extensive experience positions Lemcon as a reliable and efficient partner for the Project Universe pullout project.
Restoration and Refurbishment Capabilities
Apart from equipment pullout, Lemcon also excels in restoration and refurbishment services. On site restoration is often required when pulling out old equipment. Lemcon documents these requirements and provides proposed solutions to immediately rectify.
Lemcon tests and refurbishes recovered equipment. The refurbished equipment is then available for deployment or resale.
