Position Overview:
Lemcon Philippines seeks a highly driven Sales Director – SureLink to lead sales efforts and propel the company to market leadership in SD-WAN. This executive role focuses on selling SD-WAN, developing new customers, and securing new business contracts. The Sales Director plays a crucial role in establishing market presence and driving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution:
- Drive revenue by actively selling Lemcon’s SureLink SD-WAN solutions. Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets through direct engagement with clients, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
- Market Leadership Establishment:
- Establish SureLink as the leading SD-WAN solution in the market by securing key contracts and expanding Lemcon’s presence in the telecommunications and connectivity sectors.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the executive team to align sales activities with overall business goals. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Sales Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in the telecommunications, network deployment, or connectivity solutions industry. Experience in selling SD-WAN or related technologies is highly preferred.
- Industry Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of company networks and points of sale (POS) applications. Familiarity with the technical requirements and challenges faced by businesses in deploying and managing these systems.
- Track Record of Success:
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a history of closing high-value contracts and driving significant revenue growth.
- Relationship Management:
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Filipino is required; proficiency in other Philippine languages is a plus.
