As a Senior Business Development Executive at Lemcon, you will be a pivotal driver of our growth strategy. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, markets, and industry trends.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Lemcon’s market presence.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure successful deal closures.
• Analyze market trends and competition to recommend new services and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecoms, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful business development.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English.
