The Opportunity
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our growing Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building lasting relationships, has a passion for technology, and wants to be part of the Philippines’ digital transformation journey.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Business Growth: Take ownership of client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to expand our service offerings while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and presenting innovative solutions
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations
- Champion Client Success: Serve as the primary advocate for your clients within Lemcon, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and work with our technical teams to propose forward-thinking solutions
- Manage Projects: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high client satisfaction
- Generate Business Intelligence: Provide valuable market insights and competitive analysis to help shape our service offerings
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Project Management experience and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or similar role
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology sectors
- Understanding of the Philippine business landscape
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with C-level executives
