As a skilled Project Manager with specialized expertise in FTTx at Lemcon, you will be entrusted with leading and overseeing the planning, efficient execution, and successful delivery of FTTx projects. Your pivotal role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to set scopes and upholding the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute FTTx projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Document project activities, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in FTTx projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in FTTx projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of FTTx technology, network protocols, and equipment.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English.
